Common Questions

Frequently Asked

What gold purity grades do you supply?

We primarily supply 22 karat (91.6% pure) and 24 karat (99.5%+) gold. Custom purity specifications can be accommodated for institutional clients following discussion with our trading desk.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum orders vary by service type. Gold trading transactions typically start at 1 kilogram. Please contact us directly to discuss requirements — we work with both small private buyers and large institutional orders.

How do you ensure ethical sourcing?

We apply OECD due diligence guidance for responsible mineral supply chains. Every supplier in our network undergoes origin verification, and we maintain records that trace the gold from mine site to final sale.

What documentation do you provide?

Standard documentation includes: assay certificates, export permits, certificate of origin, customs clearance records, insurance certificates, and a full chain-of-custody report. Additional compliance documents can be provided on request.

How is pricing structured?

Gold is priced with reference to the prevailing London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) spot rate at the time of agreement. Our pricing is competitive and reflects the quality of sourcing, assay, logistics, and service provided. Final pricing is confirmed in a formal sales agreement before any transaction proceeds.
